The Tunisian group SAH Lilas recorded a 2.8% decline in consolidated sales in the third quarter of 2026, to 247.6 million Tunisian dinars, according to its activity indicators published on Tuesday 20 October by the Financial Market Council. The hygiene products manufacturer attributes the decline to electricity disruptions in Tunisia and to the effect of the exchange rate on its Libyan operations.

Over the first nine months of the year, consolidated revenue remains up 2.6%, to 745.7 million dinars, compared with 726.9 million a year earlier. The data cover the group's sales and are presented as unaudited.

Cumulative growth is notably supported by SAH Sénégal, whose activity rose 62.6% over the period. Azur Cosmétique posted revenue of 64.9 million dinars, up 25%, while Azur Détergent reached 143.4 million, 9.2% more than a year earlier.

The third quarter, however, marks a slowdown both in Tunisia and internationally. Consolidated local sales fell 1%, to 158.1 million dinars, and international revenue fell 5.8%, to 89.6 million. SAH blames repeated power cuts for the decline in activity at its Tunisian entities and puts the unfavourable effect of the Libyan exchange rate over nine months at 8.9 million dinars.

SAH Tunisie, considered separately from the group, invested 9.2 million dinars by the end of September. This sum includes, in particular, 4.5 million for the construction of a production and warehouse unit in Béja and 2.5 million for a new machine.
