These terms apply to subscriptions to the b-economik website (https://b-economik.com), published by Bénin Web TV, Cotonou, Republic of Benin.
1. Purpose
The subscription gives access, for its duration, to all articles on the site without the monthly limit on free articles. It is personal: it is tied to the subscriber's reader account and may not be shared or resold.
2. Offers and Prices
The available offers, their duration and their price in CFA francs (XOF) are presented on the page Subscription. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of payment, including any discount. A promotional code applies within the limits stated when it is issued (eligible offers, validity date, number of uses).
3. Payment
Payment is made online through FedaPay, by Mobile Money or by bank card. b-economik never has access to payment details (card number, secret code). The subscription is activated as soon as FedaPay confirms the payment; a Mobile Money payment may take a few minutes to be validated.
4. Duration, with No Automatic Renewal
The subscription runs for the duration of the chosen offer from the date it is activated. It is not renewed automatically: no charge is made without a new payment by the subscriber. A new payment made during an ongoing subscription extends it by the duration of the new offer.
5. Invoice
An invoice is issued for each payment. It is sent by e-mail and remains available in the subscriber's account (My Account, Subscription section).
6. Withdrawal and Refunds
Since access to the content is provided immediately after payment, the subscriber requests immediate performance of the service by subscribing. In the event of a duplicate payment, an amount error, or a lasting inability to access the service attributable to b-economik, the subscriber may request a refund at [email protected] within 14 days of payment.
7. Access to the Service
b-economik endeavours to ensure continuous access to the site, without being able to guarantee it: interruptions may occur for maintenance or due to technical incidents. Improper use of the account (sharing access, automated extraction of content) may lead to suspension of the subscription.
8. Personal data
The data required for the subscription (email address, plan, amount, dates, transaction reference) is processed to perform the contract and keep accounts. Invoices are kept for the legal period, including after the account is deleted. See the privacy policy.
