Tunisian cheese maker Land’Or increased its export sales by 67% over the first nine months of 2026, to 36.7 million Tunisian dinars, according to its indicators published on 19 October by the Financial Market Council. Its total revenue reached 173.1 million dinars, up 16% year on year.

The company attributes the acceleration to the opening of new markets in North Africa, the Middle East and sub-Saharan Africa. Export revenue now accounts for a little over a fifth of sales, compared with about 15% at end-September 2025. These are revenue figures in value, not quantities of cheese sold.

The Tunisian market remains its main outlet. Local revenue rose 7%, to 136.4 million dinars. In the third quarter alone, total sales reached 62.5 million dinars, compared with 52.9 million a year earlier, an increase of 18%.

This commercial growth has been accompanied by lower investment. Land’Or invested 5.9 million dinars over nine months, compared with 7.8 million over the same period of 2025. About 3 million was devoted to equipment and intangible assets, with the remainder going to strengthening its holdings.

At 30 September, the company shows positive net cash of 1.3 million dinars, compared with net debt of 9.8 million a year earlier. Its investments and liquid assets reach 35.8 million dinars, against about 34.5 million in borrowings and management credit facilities.
