Shares in Africa Global Logistics Côte d’Ivoire (AGL CI), listed on the West African Regional Securities Exchange (BRVM) under the ticker SDSC, trade without entitlement to the annual dividend from Monday, 26 October 2026. The company is scheduled to pay a net dividend of CFA92 per share on Tuesday, 27 October, for the 2025 financial year, according to the exchange’s official notice No. 297 dated 9 October.
The ex-dividend date means shares bought from 26 October do not qualify for that payment. Eligibility is governed by the timetable of the operation, which sets the register closure date for 27 October. The ex-dividend date and the payment date are therefore distinct stages.
The BRVM says outstanding orders that have not been executed in its trading system at the ex-dividend date are cancelled. That technical measure does not signal an additional dividend or establish any actual change in the share price.
The distribution follows resolutions approved at AGL Côte d’Ivoire’s ordinary general meeting on 2 September 2026. The amount announced is a net CFA92 per eligible share, not an aggregate dividend for all shareholders.
In its notice, the exchange directs investors seeking further information to Société Générale Capital Securities West Africa. AGL Côte d’Ivoire continues to trade under the SDSC ticker.
