Côte d’Ivoire and OPEC Fund sign financing framework of up to 500 million dollars
The partnership covers 2026–2029 and targets infrastructure, agriculture and the private sector. It provides for up to 500 million dollars in financing and up to 3 million dollars in grants, with no lump-sum payment at signing.
